#206·Add the Astar SLPx contract’s mapping address in Bifrost to the whitelist

Only cross-chain addresses in the whitelist can call SLPx related methods across chains. After passing this proposal, the SLPx contract on the Astar side will have the right to call the SLPx method on Bifrost.
