- There have been updates to dependencies such as clap, openssl, and serde_json.
- There have been changes to various parts of the code, including removing getters in different modules and optimizing certain features.

Talisman is a wallet used by over 130,000 people to manage their digital assets, including staking. They manage over $40M in staked DOT and offer nomination pool staking on several other chains. They recently launched Quests, which are missions for users to complete using the Talisman Wallet. Talisman has integrated Bifrost's liquid staking assets into their staking dashboard, starting with vGLMR and vMANTA. They plan to integrate further liquid staking assets such as vETH and vDOT. Talisman is applying for a commission rate set at 50% of the protocol's commission. They plan to support Bifrost's growth and community through several initiatives, including Quests and educational guidance.

Zee Prime Labs is a company that runs blockchain nodes for data access and staking/validator nodes of multiple projects. They want to join the Validator Boost List of vDOT. They aim to mainly run a validator node and not participate in token farming or LP. They are the biggest provider of liquidity on Interlay using solely vDOT as their collateral. They have 10 users in their community and promote vDOT in their channels such as their blog and Twitter. They plan to write a blog post on vDOT's importance and share it on Twitter.

They have contributed to the liquidity of the Bifrost ecosystem by providing 8,350 vDOT. They engage with the community by creating guides and content to educate and promote vKSM and vDOT. They want to continue making meaningful contributions and ask for support to stay in the program.

- Bifrost is proposing to increase the commission rate of vDOT to 10% to prepare for the launch of Bifrost Tokenomics 2.0.
- This will encourage more people to use vDOT, which will help grow the user base and increase Bifrost's revenue.

Polkadotters have an active presence in the Polkadot community with over 4200 followers on their main account and 800 followers in their Czech & Slovak language mutation account. They have participated in decentralized governance and want to take part in Bifrost governance as well.
