Bifrost is adding three new Polkadot validators to help vDOT staking work better. This makes vDOT more efficient and can earn more rewards. The validators get priority in the system, but rules are still managed fairly by the community.

Add Three Bifrost Self-Operated Validators to the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

Bifrost is a project that helps people earn rewards by locking up their digital money. It works on several networks, including Polkadot and Ethereum.

This proposal is for money to run Bifrost for two months, September and October 2026. The total cost is about $120,000. This money pays for the team, computers, and community work.

The team already built new tools. One tool lets people lock their Bifrost coins forever. Another tool helps people vote on decisions. A new tool for the Pharos network will start in early September.

The money is split into parts. Most goes to pay the team, about 70%. Computers and servers cost about 13%. Tools for working together are 2%. Community help is 5%, and team bonuses are 9%.

The main goals are to launch the Pharos tool and help more people use the new voting and locking features. The team also wants to make the Bifrost coin more useful.

To pay for this, Bifrost will take money from its savings. It will use a mix of stable dollars and other coins. This plan keeps Bifrost running well while saving money compared to before.

- It failed because there wasn't enough ETH in the system's account.
- The transfer cannot be sent again or refunded by itself.
- A proposal will give back the exact amount of ETH that was lost.
- This fix only affects the account that tried the transfer.
- No other people or accounts are involved.
- The system will check its funds before trying again.

 Restore User Assets for a Failed Bifrost-to-AssetHub ETH Transfer

Bifrost needs more MANTA to allow users to trade their vMANTA back for MANTA. This plan will add MANTA to a special pool.

- vMANTA and vETH minting will be stopped. No new vMANTA or vETH can be made.
- vETH redemption will be stopped. No ETH can be traded for vETH.
- vMANTA redemption will still work. People with vMANTA on Bifrost can still exchange it for MANTA.
- A large amount of MANTA (896,383.59) will be moved into a pool to cover these trades.

vMANTA ReadyPool MANTA Mint And vToken Operation Disable Proposal

Interlay parachain (2032) stopped working. Its last block was July 27, 2026. User vDOT balances are stuck.

This proposal moves user-owned vDOT to Bifrost. 193 people get their tokens back (9,402.78 vDOT total). The money comes from the Interlay sovereign account on Bifrost.

Key points:
- 247 users had vDOT on Interlay. 54 got less than the minimum needed to hold vDOT, so they aren't included
- 77,527.5 vDOT stays in the account (it belongs to other users, not vDOT holders)
- Deposit earners get less than expected because there isn't enough money left
- The largest 3 people get 89.5% of the payout
- Everything was checked and verified before writing the proposal

Batch Clear-out of Residual Hyperbridge Assets from the Module Account

- Four ETH assets bridged to Hyperbridge (HP_ETH, BASE_ETH, ARB_ETH, OP_ETH) are being burned.
- Their holders get Native ETH 1:1 in return. This combines ETH from different sources into one.
- It involves 45 accounts and 62.858808 ETH total.
- Most ETH (93.28%) is in the Treasury. The rest is held by users or small leftover amounts.
- The process has three steps: First, all four Hyperbridge ETH balances are removed. Second, the same amount of Native ETH is created in a temporary account. Third, it is sent directly to each original holder, exactly replacing what they lost.
- No fees or losses for holders.
