# Bifrost Gauge Rewards Fix Proposal

## What is this?
This is a plan to fix a money problem with a rewards program on Bifrost.

## The Problem
- A rewards program (called **Boost Gauge `10000000`**) ran out of BNC tokens.
- Because of this, payments to users could not be made. This error was called `FundsUnavailable`.

## The Plan
A batch of two actions will happen at the same time:
- **Stop new rewards:** Turn off new rewards for this Gauge so it does not grow the problem.
- **Add money:** Move **6,000 BNC** from the Bifrost Treasury to the Gauge reward account to pay what is owed.

## Important Rules
- If one action fails, both actions are **rolled back**.
- **Rules are followed:** User positions and already-earned rewards stay safe.
- Nothing changes for the **base vDOT farming pool**.

## How It Works
- A group called the **Fellowship** must approve a list.
- Then a **public vote (referendum)** must pass.
- After the vote, the actions run with **Root** (top-level) permission.

[Fellows] Referendum #606-Stop Boost Gauge Emissions and Replenish the Reward Account with 6,000 BNC

**Bifrost Treasury Transfer to Buyback Pool**

- Bifrost wants to move 115,000 BNC coins.
- The coins go from the Bifrost Treasury to a buyback pool.
- This is the 6th time they have done this.
- It helps pay rewards for people who hold bbBNC.
- The proposal only sends the coins.
- It does not start or reset the reward time.
- The buyback pool has a special address.
- The treasury also has a special address.

Deposit bbBNC Rewards to Buyback Pool (Treasury-subsidized, 6th Batch)

# Asset Hub Batch Transfer

This is about a **batch call** on **Asset Hub** (a blockchain).

## What Happened

- The system **temporarily allowed** (whitelisted) a special batch action.
- First, **257.87 DOT** was sent to **the Foundation**.
- Then, the **leftover DOT** from **Validator 07** was sent to **Delegator 0**.
- After that, the **whitelist was removed**.

## Why It Matters

- It shows how **DOT tokens** can be moved in one group.
- It kept things **safe** by only allowing the action for a short time.
- The **calldata** is the computer code that tells the blockchain what to do.

## Simple Summary

- A short permission was given.
- Some DOT was sent to the Foundation.
- Some DOT was sent to Delegator 0.
- Then the permission was taken away.

# Bifrost Treasury Reward Proposal (5th Batch)

## What is this?

This is a plan to move 115,000 BNC tokens from the Bifrost Treasury into a reward pool called bbBNC.

## Key facts

- The Treasury gives 115,000 BNC tokens to the bbBNC Buyback Reward Pool.
- This is the 5th time the Treasury has done this.
- The deposit and the reward update happen together.
- If one part fails, the whole thing fails (nothing happens).
- The reward asset is native BNC.
- The Buyback Pool address is `13UVJyLjmw1yBPLoBcwhJbvt9qRsqMCE5mnYuChqrb7mRNgz`.
- The Treasury address is `13UVJyLjmw21cGvG3XuEhCapJvRCZtGK6bMBwDzmukm98J7S`.
- The call also runs `bbBNC.notifyRewards` so people start earning rewards right away.

Deposit bbBNC Rewards and Re-notify Reward Period (Treasury-subsidized, 5th Batch)

# SLP V2 XCM Executor Whitelist Proposal

- This is a plan to add a new entry to a special list called a **whitelist**.
- The entry is for a tool called the **SLP V2 XCM executor**.
- This tool sends **staking rewards** to a person called **trustee 0**.
- The amount to be sent is **100 DOT** (a type of digital money).
- The proposal includes a long code called **calldata** that makes this happen.

# SLP V2 XCM Executor Whitelist Update

## What is this?
This is a plan to change a list of allowed actions for Polkadot validators run by the same team.

## Changes
- Adds a new allowed action to send 200 DOT to the Bifrost Foundation.
- Removes an old allowed action for sending 500 DOT across chains.

## Important to Know
- This plan only changes the allowed list. It does not move any money by itself.
- It also includes a long code (calldata) that describes the new action.

# Bifrost Polkadot Runtime

**Bifrost Polkadot Runtime** is a new version of a computer program used for the Bifrost project. It was updated to a newer version called **bifrost_polkadot-26000**.

## Size and Files
- The program is about 1.9 megabytes big, which is smaller than a photo.
- It gets squeezed down to fit better, like packing a suitcase.

## What Changed
- Some old parts were removed, like **hyperbridge**, **Slp pallet**, and **paseo runtime**.
- New tests were added for sending **vDOT** and **vKSM** tokens.
- New fixes were made for **farming** rewards and voting.
- New features were added, like **flash loans** with a limit and **EVM fee** calculations.

## New Helper
- A new person named **@TomatoAresCui** helped with this update for the first time.

Upgrade Bifrost-polkadot to Runtime 0.26.0

Step 2: Restore the vDOT Redemption Cursor to Era 2289

Step 1: Temporarily Advance the vDOT Redemption Cursor to Process Request #12339

Fix the vDOT Redemption Queue Cursor

- Bifrost is moving old tokens called vETH and MANTA to Ethereum.
- This is done by burning the tokens on Bifrost.
- People will get the same amount of tokens on Ethereum.
- The plan is to move tokens from 42 accounts.
- All the moves are done in one single batch.
- This makes sure nothing is lost or goes wrong.
- People not in this batch can still do it later.

Hyperbridge Asset Recovery — Batch 1: Burn Remark-Bound vETH and MANTA on Bifrost for Equivalent Ethereum Airdrop

Set DOT Redemption Period to 2 Eras

Remove a Bifrost Self-Operated Validator from the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

- The plan changes the reward transfer amount from 500 DOT to 30 DOT.
- Rewards are for validator staking and go to Delegator 0.
- With 30 DOT, rewards transfer every few days instead of every two months.
- This makes the 7-day APY smoother and more accurate.
- The transfer route and recipient stay the same.
- Only the allowed transfer amount is updated.

Update SLP V2 Validator Reward Transfer Whitelist from 500 DOT to 30 DOT

Bifrost Polkadot Validator 07 is being removed permanently.

- The validator has already stopped working and is not in any active list.
- The removal will clear its session keys and start returning 100,000 DOT.
- The returned DOT will be available after a waiting period, and a separate step is needed to get it back.
