This proposal whitelists the Bifrost call required to recover a failed Soneium vASTR redemption for 0x49A73fBF16dFEad50c04dDAcb949d4e7022d55bB.

The user’s original transaction transferred vASTR to Bifrost, but the separate message to create the redemption order failed at BuyExecution with TooExpensive. No redemption order was created.

This proposal calls whitelist.whitelistCall for the following recovery call hash:

The whitelisted call will be submitted for execution through the WhitelistedCaller referendum. This Fellowship proposal only whitelists the call; it does not create the redemption order.
