Reason

The external validators we currently nominate compete with Bifrost's self-operated validators for elected positions. In era 2323 only 2 of 6 self-operated validators were elected. With only 2 top external validators kept, we expect 5 of 6 self-operated validators to be elected, and 6 of 6 after the LEGEND VBL term ends.

DotKeeper will also be added to the vDOT VWL. Jaco / v01 is already in the VWL.

Note

This is a temporary adjustment. When the new nomination service launches, it will maintain nominations automatically under the same rule.
