- This makes sure nothing is lost or goes wrong.

Remove a Bifrost Self-Operated Validator from the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

- The plan changes the reward transfer amount from 500 DOT to 30 DOT.
- Rewards are for validator staking and go to Delegator 0.
- With 30 DOT, rewards transfer every few days instead of every two months.
- This makes the 7-day APY smoother and more accurate.
- The transfer route and recipient stay the same.
- Only the allowed transfer amount is updated.

Update SLP V2 Validator Reward Transfer Whitelist from 500 DOT to 30 DOT

Bifrost Polkadot Validator 07 is being removed permanently.

- The validator has already stopped working and is not in any active list.
- The removal will clear its session keys and start returning 100,000 DOT.
- The returned DOT will be available after a waiting period, and a separate step is needed to get it back.

Offboard Polkadot Validator 07: Purge Session Keys and Unbond

This proposal changes the validator setup for GeneralXCMStaking (DOT, 1000). It does three things:  
- Sets new keys for Validator 06 using details from a new server.  
- Adds a rule so Validator 07 can take a break using a special code.  
- Makes Validator 07 stop being a validator for now.  

It only starts the process to retire Validator 07. It doesn't remove its keys or free its DOT yet, as that will come later. The actions happen together on Bifrost, but the result on the other blockchain needs separate checks.

- Bifrost and Assethub are used to send a message.
- The message is about moving a digital coin called DOT.
- The amount moved is 114,760.3275457636 DOT.
- The coin goes to a special account with the name modlbf/vtkin.

- This is a simple transfer between two blockchain networks.

Redeem Excess DOT Staked with the Self-Bond Validator

Withdraw BNC from Hydration

- Fixed a bug called the Farming Gauge.
- This fix allows farmers to use four actions again: deposit, withdraw, withdraw with claim, and claim.
- These actions are unlocked all at once using a special tool.
- The fix does not change any money amounts, rewards, or farm conditions.
- The update must be tested and launched safely first.
- After the update is live on the blockchain, the website buttons will work again.

Bifrost is adding two new validators for vDOT on Polkadot.  
These validators help make staking more efficient and profitable.  
They will be added to a special list that gives them priority.  
This helps Bifrost grow its validator capacity with community oversight.  
Two validators are being added for the vDOT token on the Polkadot network.

Add Two Bifrost Self-Operated Validators to the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

- A bug caused a shortage of 395,742.686 BNC in the bbBNC Reward Reserve.
- This proposal moves that exact amount from the Bifrost Treasury to fix the shortage.
- The move only fixes the past problem, not creates new rewards or changes rules.

Replenish bbBNC Reward Reserve Shortfall

- This proposal moves 115,000 BNC from the Bifrost Treasury to the bbBNC Buyback Reward Pool.
- This is the 4th batch of funding, using the Treasury's support plan.
- After the deposit, the pool's reward period must be restarted right away.
- The deposit and restart are done together, so new rewards start right after.
- The Buyback Pool and Treasury addresses are given for the transfer.
- The reward asset is native BNC, and the call data is included.
