After the DOT redemption waiting period was reduced to 2 eras, the processing cursor was not adjusted, leaving requests in Eras 2285–2288 unprocessed. This proposal resets the cursor from Era 2308 to Era 2285 to restore processing. The readyPool has sufficient funds to cover all outstanding redemptions.
