A 10% commission currently results in an apy difference of about 2%, for example a base return of around 19-20% would be reduced to 17-18%. I think a key metric that many users compare when making decisions is APY. During the big unlock period, a large number of users held free DOT. This amount is very huge. Even if a small part of the users care about the APY gap of about 2%, this part is worth capturing. So I still stand by the points in my proposal. Reducing commission during the big unlock period will not lose too much protocol revenue, but it will capture more potential users. I think this will be beneficial to Bifrost in the long run. In addition, I'm sorry that frequent adjustments to the commission are indeed a mistake. We should consider it more comprehensively during the implementation of governance to avoid frequent changes in the agreement. Of course, I think rapid response to market changes is a special advantage that polkadot and substrate give us.

I would vote nay if my tokens in Farming and Staking were usable here. 

I don't think that will change the decision much for Liquid Stake the DOT. 

Either you want to use it or you don't. The 10% should be kept imo.

Considering the upcoming DOT unlock, in order to give back to community users and improve the competitiveness of vDOT at this stage, I recommend reducing the current vDOT Reward Fee from 10% to 0.1%
