Edit pools to adjust reward emission and dispatched Treasury to charge BLP rewards to stable pools:

They also want to change how much reward people get for using certain pairs of coins. They will use some of their money to give rewards to people who use certain pairs of coins. They have a list of the different pairs of coins and how much reward people will get. In total, they will move 51,019 coins and change the rewards for 7 different pairs of coins.
