Summary

Since the BNC liqudiity is drained in CEXs by withdrawing to Bifrost-Polkadot. This proposal aims to fuel the BNC liquidity in two CEXs:

• MEXC: 1,500,000 BNC
• Gate: 1,500,000 BNC

Total: 3,000,000 BNC

This will take several steps:

2. Bifrost Foundation fuels 3,000,000 BNC to two CEXs
3. Bifrost Foundation withdraws 3,000,000 BNC from CEXs to Bifrost-Kusama
4. Bifrost Foundation sends 3,000,000 BNC to Bifrost-Kusama Treasury
