2. Edit vDOT-DOT pool (pid:8), setting up reward emission rate:

   • BLP0: 119,047,619 per block (10 decimals)
3. Edit vDOT-USDT (pid:12), setting up reward emission rate:
   • BNC: 39,117,199,391 per block (12 decimals)
4. Dispatch Bifrost Treasury adds BLP reward to vDOT-DOT
   • Charge input: 30,000,000,000,000 (10 decimals)
5. Dispatch Bifrost Foundation adds BNC reward to vDOT-DOT and vDOT-USDT
