## TL,DR

In order to support the [proposal to list BNC on HydraDX Omnipool](https://bifrost.subsquare.io/post/31), this proposal aims to borrow 700,000 BNC from Bifrost-Kusama Ecosystem Reserved Fund (which needs be transfered from Bifrost-Kusama Ecosystem Reserved address to the Cross-chain Bridge address, please refers to the [Bifrost-Kusama proposal](https://www.notion.so/HydraDX-BNC-Listing-Proposal-843489429b1a4699aabfbde8de62c910?pvs=21).) to Bifrost Treasury, then transfer 700,000 BNC to HydraDX via the XCM.

Bifrost wants to list BNC on HydraDX Omnipool. They plan to borrow 700,000 BNC from Bifrost-Kusama Ecosystem Reserved Fund and transfer it to Bifrost Treasury.
