SubSquare has a proposal related to Bifrost Kusama. The second step of the proposal is being implemented. They are transferring BNC from different sources to the treasury. The sources include Polkadot Crowdloan, vToken & veBNC Incentive, Collator Incentive, and Slash Insurance Fund. The transfer is happening cross-chain from Bifrost Kusama to Bifrost Polkadot.

Distribute Ecosystem reserved BNC to Bifrost Treasury (Polkadot)

Bifrost wants to list BNC on HydraDX Omnipool. They plan to borrow 700,000 BNC from Bifrost-Kusama Ecosystem Reserved Fund and transfer it to Bifrost Treasury. Then, they will transfer 700,000 BNC from Bifrost Treasury to HydraDX via XCM. The process will involve three steps. A preimage hash is also provided.

Bifrost Polkadot is changing its governance execution period to accelerate the voting period to 7 days + 2 days waiting period by the Technical Committee. This change will help promote Bifrost's ecological use cases. The Bifrost Polkadot governance module will soon be replaced by OpenGov. 

Bifrost Polkadot is proposing to borrow 700,000 BNC from Bifrost-Kusama Ecosystem Reserved Fund to Bifrost Treasury, then transfer 700,000 BNC to HydraDX via the XCM to support the proposal to list BNC on HydraDX Omnipool. The execution steps include unreserving 700,000 BNC in Bifrost-Polkadot Cross-chain Bridge address, transferring 700,000 BNC from Bifrost-Polkadot Cross-chain Bridge address to the Bifrost Treasury Address, and XCM transferring 700,000 BNC from Bifrost Treasury Address to HydraDX Omnipool address.

1. There was an upgrade to Filecoin's network that caused some problems with vFIL and FIL-related services.
2. Some operations on the chain were not executed due to a timeout, which caused issues with circulation and revenue.
3. The problems were fixed and the correct data was aligned by issuing additional FIL and increasing vFIL revenue.
4. These issues were at the protocol level and did not affect regular users.
5. Filecoin is a type of digital currency that had a technical issue, but it was resolved and did not affect regular people who use it.
