This proposal aims to fuel BNC (Bifrost-Polkadot) liquidity across three DEXs, by dispatching Treasury transfer to Foundation:

• Kucoin: 1,000,000 BNC
• Gate: 1,500,000 BNC
• Mexc: 500,000 BNC
