In the upcoming vETH 3.0, we will need to bridge the native ETH from L2 to Bifrost in order to mint vETH.
Therefore, we need to proactively bridge ETH from L2 to Bifrost via Hyperbridge in preparation for the development and launch of vETH 3.0.
The current proposal is to register ETH from L2 on Bifrost.
