After upgrading to version 0.9.94, a new module called ChannelCommission has been added to the Bifrost Polkadot runtime. Prior to normal interest rate adjustments by the SLP module, vtoken must be registered within the ChannelCommission module. This referendum aims to register vDOT, vFIL, vGLMR, vASTR and vMANTA into the ChannelCommission module.
