Because of the official P<>K bridge has deployed on Bifrost, the old manual P<>K bridge can now be abandoned and replaced by the new one.

In this proposal, all BNC in bridge address ([131VC74FLSFQGoffdndKJB9BgMv1pbMaUnxDg8ExV6VYwUkP](https://bifrost.subscan.io/account/131VC74FLSFQGoffdndKJB9BgMv1pbMaUnxDg8ExV6VYwUkP)) will be vanished. Finally, the BNC total issurance number will equal to Bifrost Kusama + Bifrost Polkadot.

- The old manual bridge between Polkadot and Kusama is no longer needed.
- A new official bridge is now working on Bifrost.
- All BNC tokens in the old bridge address will be removed.
- This will make the total BNC supply match the sum of Bifrost Kusama and Bifrost Polkadot tokens.
