This proposal transfers the third batch (one-third) of Treasury rewards reserved during the initial bbBNC setup — 219,268.1264994526 BNC — to the bbBNC Buyback Reward Reserve Pool.

The previous batches were deposited via Referendum #207 and its predecessor. This is the same operation with the same amount to continue funding the bbBNC buyback rewards.
