Due to potential issues identified in Hyperbridge, we propose to temporarily disable its cross-chain functionality as a precautionary measure.

The proposed action is to remove the TokenGatewayAddresses for all supported chains, effectively preventing further cross-chain operations via Hyperbridge until the issues are fully investigated and resolved.

This measure is intended to ensure the safety of user assets and maintain network stability. Once the underlying issues are addressed, a new proposal will be submitted to restore the functionality.
