This proposal adds a Bifrost self-operated validator to the Validator Boost List (VBL) for vDOT (DOT liquid staking), so that SLP-v2's automatic nomination gives this node priority weighting when allocating vDOT's delegation. Compared with continuing to delegate to external validators that already carry large stake (diluting per-unit yield), a self-operated node with controlled stake captures higher era points and additionally earns the self-bond incentive from Polkadot's Delegated-Assets-Program (DAP), improving vDOT's unit yield.
