This proposal recovers the remaining stolen MANTA and ASTR from the Farming gauge exploit and transfers them to the Bifrost Treasury.
The proposal will atomically:
Transfer approximately 29,313.89 MANTA to the Bifrost Treasury.
Transfer approximately 12,350.30 available ASTR to the Bifrost Treasury.
Temporarily enable ASTR rebond support.
Rebond the pending ASTR under unlock ID 2914.
Transfer all resulting vASTR to the Bifrost Treasury.
Disable ASTR rebond support again.
All operations are executed in a single atomic batch. If any step fails, the entire proposal will be reverted.
