This proposal adds three new Bifrost self-operated Polkadot validators to the Validator Boost List (VBL) for vDOT.
Bifrost is gradually expanding its self-operated validator capacity to improve the capital efficiency and yield performance of vDOT staking. Adding these validators to the VBL gives them priority in SLP-v2's delegation set while keeping validator selection subject to governance oversight.
