This proposal adds two new Bifrost self-operated validators to the Validator Boost List (VBL) for vDOT.
Bifrost operates Polkadot validators to improve the capital efficiency and yield performance of vDOT staking. Adding these validators to the VBL gives them priority in SLP-v2's delegation set and supports the continued expansion of Bifrost's self-operated validator capacity under governance oversight.
