XCM Transfer Plan

• Monthly Transfer: 20 DOT (revised from the previous 25 DOT).
• Goal: Continue until reaching a total of 1000 DOT completely converted into vDOT.

Rationale:

• The 20 DOT transfer ensures maintaining a margin on the node.
• It accounts for monitoring/management costs and uncertainty of inclusion in the active set.
