This proposal will burn all FIL in the Bifrost addresses of users who applied, through governance, to cross-chain transfer FIL to the Filecoin EVM network. After the proposal is executed, the Bifrost team will transfer the corresponding amount of FIL to the applicant’s designated EVM receiving address.
