Summary

This proposal schedules two fee parameter changes for vDOT as part of the DOT Pi Day: Yield Defense Campaign, to be automatically executed at block 11475742 (approximately 2026-03-13 10:00 CST):

1. Unstake Fee: 0% (currently 0.1%) — Remove friction for users redeeming vDOT to DOT during the campaign period.
2. DOT Commission Fee: 5% (currently 10%) — Reduce the protocol commission to improve the effective staking yield for vDOT holders, making vDOT more competitive against bare DOT staking.
