This proposal cancels the previously scheduled fee parameter change that was set to execute at block 11,475,742 (approximately 2026-03-13 10:00 CST).
Due to a delay in the Polkadot upgrade, the DOT Pi Day campaign launch has been pushed back to approximately later March. Executing the fee changes on March 13 as originally planned would be premature — the campaign infrastructure will not be live yet, and the reduced fees would take effect without the associated campaign activities.
A new proposal will be submitted closer to the revised launch date with an updated scheduled execution block.
