We are applying with 5% commission and intend to keep this throughout the VBL period.

Liquidity Contribution by VBL Applicant :

We would like to be a launch partner when you roll out vDOT on interlay as vault collateral.

We would initially commit $100k of vDOT across our vaults with the potential to grow this after an initial phase. We will also post in Discord and Twitter stating we have started to use vDOT as collateral. As a valued member of the community and one of the first vault operators, this could have a positive impact on others following.

It is worth noting that through Lucky Friday, we control many brands:

Kusama Kingdom: One of the most successful NFT projects in Dotsama with 3k Twitter followers and an active NFT holder community
Teddy DAO: The first 100% social good NFT project partnered with Just Giving (1m active users)
GlobalStake.io: Institutional-focused infrastructure provider

All of these give leverage to the projects we partner with and can significantly benefit from a marketing/exposure perspective especially leveraging the Kusama Kingdom community, which has some of the most active members within Dotsama. These could include doing twitter spaces together, as well as sharing information in our community discords, we have already been very active in encouraging Kusama Kingdom members to use Bifrost for vKSM and vDOT with some of our community members even writing threads on it in the past, leading to network effect that can proliferate from our communities.

We also have a venture fund Silvermine Capital where some employees have crossover, such as KBL (David Chapman). This gives us good exposure to other funds and projects that may wish to leverage Bifrost services.

LuckyFriday is also a provider of RPC services within the Polkadot ecosystem. We currently provide service to the Polkadot and Kusama relay chains, Asset-Hub-Polkadot, Bridge-Hub-Polkadot, Asset-Hub-Kusama, Bridge-Hub-Kusama, Collectives, Interlay, Kintsugi, Centrifuge, and Picasso.

Our RPC servers are hosted on our own infrastructure using dedicated resources for this task. It provides an alternative to cloud infrastructure and is in-theme with the vision of Web 3. We intend to provide said RPC service to BiFrost Kusama and Polkadot at no cost on the back of this proposal being approved.
