I’m excited to throw my hat in the ring for a non-technical membership in the Bifrost Fellowship. Here’s a bit about me and why I think I’d be a great fit.
About Me
I’ve been around the Polkadot ecosystem for a while now, and I’ve been heavily involved in various projects and communities. As a DAOist in ChaosDAO, I’ve connected with pretty much everyone in the ecosystem. My day job is with The Kusamarian, and I’m also a co-founder of Nospec Consulting, where we help ecosystem projects navigate and thrive. I’ve got a bunch of gigs that require deep knowledge of the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystems. As a "fun fact" I have a masters degree in civil engineering and worked with many big infrastructure projects in Germany, before I decided to pivot full time into crypto.
My Vision for Bifrost
What really excites me about Bifrost is the potential of vDOT and other liquid tokens. I’m all in on the idea of massively increasing the amount and use cases of these tokens. They’ve got so much potential, but they’ll only really shine if they’re widely available and usable in a variety of contexts.
Key Areas of Focus
- Advocacy and Outreach: Increasing awareness and excitement about vTokens is crucial. Exploring collaborations and integrations with other projects and communities can drive this forward.
- Strategic Partnerships: Forging partnerships that can drive the adoption of Bifrost’s vTokens. Getting them listed on more platforms or used in new DeFi protocols will be a game-changer.
- Governance Contributions: Leveraging governance experience to contribute to discussions, propose ideas, and vote on whitelisting proposals to help guide Bifrost’s future.
Expertise in Project Consulting
With my role at Nospec Consulting, I specialize in helping ecosystem projects succeed. I can bring this expertise to Bifrost to help enhance the value and utility of the BNC token. By focusing on value capture strategies, we can ensure BNC's long-term growth and relevance.

Additional Information for Strategy Fellowship
I’d like to provide some additional information to address the criteria for the Strategy Fellowship.
Leadership and Experience: As the Co-Founder of NoSpec Consulting, I have developed a deep understanding of the Polkadot ecosystem, advising numerous projects to navigate and thrive. Although NoSpec has not directly supported DeFi protocols yet, my role has honed my strategic and leadership skills, enabling me to contribute effectively to ecosystem growth and project success.
On-Chain Participation: I am extremely active in the governance of both Hydra and Polkadot. I have participated in every on-chain referenda available in the last year and, as a member of the Hydration Council, I play a significant role in governance discussions. This active involvement demonstrates my commitment to shaping and enhancing DeFi protocols through governance.
DeFi Focus: My engagement with the ecosystem is largely centered around DeFi protocols. This focus is driven by both my professional interests and personal investments, with Hydra and Bifrost being my largest investment holdings. This involvement ensures that I stay on top of market trends and developments, which informs my strategic decision in the future. In general I am very excited for the outlook of the next months/year for the DeFi products and possibilites in the Polkadot Ecosystem.
Familiarity with Bifrost Protocol: My familiarity with the Bifrost protocol is extensive, stemming from my work as a consultant, analyst, and reporter for The Kusamarian. Understanding the intricacies of the Bifrost protocol is crucial for my analyses and reports, and this knowledge positions me well to contribute to the development and growth of the protocol.

Thanks for your application, that is a solid illustrated proposal. Aside from the contents above, could you provide more links about yourself? Such as your X id (let everybody knows more about you), your previous significant proopsal/on-chain actions/gov threads and etc.
In addition, Bifrost fellowship is reorganizing the fellowship structure, which will be speciallized with more fellow branches, by professional field categories focused. Hence, we sincerely ask you to wait a few more days, and we will keep you posted under this comment.
