Dear Bifrost community,
We are excited to submit our proposal to be included in the Validator Boost List (VBL) for the Polkadot network, enhancing our ongoing collaboration between our team and Bifrost.
Introduction
Our journey began in 2020 when we discovered the immense potential of the Polkadot ecosystem. Recognizing the lack of a local community, we established the first Czechia & Slovak Polkadot community. With Petr's extensive technical background as a backend developer, we swiftly integrated into the Polkadot infrastructure.
Accomplishments and contributions
1000 Validators Programme: As proud members, we have contributed significantly to maintaining network stability of both Polkadot and Kusama for around 3 years.
DOT Validator Alliance DAO: We co-founded this initiative to foster a robust validator community.
Collator Programs: We have assisted various projects in establishing their collator programs.
IBP Program: We currently operate 34 RPC nodes on our own HW in the datacentre in Christchurch, New Zealand. All these RPCs are load-balanced across different machines part of the most performant geo-distributed RPC provided in the Polkadot ecosystem - the IBP.
Validation and Collation Services
We provide validation services for the Polkadot and Kusama relay chains and serve as collators for several parachains, including:
Parachains like Bifrost, Hydration, Moonbeam, Moonriver, Centrifuge, Litentry, Zeitgeist, Turing network, Basilisk or Kintsugi.
Common Good Parachains such as Asset Hub, Bridge Hub, and Collectives.

Governance participation
As a participants in the first cohort of Decentralized Voices, we have shown our deep commitment to decentralized governance and we want to take our part in Bifrost governance as one of the VBLs as well.
