Stake to earn is a highly adopted use case among crypto users, yet navigating the fragmented nature of Polkadot often means that users need to visit different pages to explore and engage in staking activities.

SubWallet has, therefore, introduced a one-stop-shop staking solution for the entire Polkadot ecosystem. Whether it's native staking or liquid staking, all staking options are aggregated and seamlessly presented within the SubWallet Earning Page on the web dashboard. This ensures that users can effortlessly explore and manage their staking options in one location.

3. SubWallet supports Bifrost liquid staking

For the Bifrost network, SubWallet is the first wallet to integrate Bifrost’s liquid staking products—specifically vDOT and vManta—directly into SubWallet’s staking dashboard, extension, and mobile app, starting October 2023. This provides Web3 users with the ability to access and manage Bifrost’s liquid staking options through a user-friendly and intuitive interface, making the staking process more accessible and efficient.

3. Collaborative marketing between SubWallet and Bifrost

In Q3 2023, SubWallet was the first in the ecosystem to run an exhaustive earning/staking campaign, promoting all earning methods with DOT, including native staking, liquid staking, and lending. Bifrost was one of the key partners in this campaign and achieved the best performance with the highest ROI.

Moreover, as a gateway to the Polkadot ecosystem, the SubWallet team understands our mission as the first touchpoint for users, maximizing exposure for other projects in the ecosystem. This is why we developed the Mission Pools feature to showcase all campaigns in the ecosystem, with Bifrost being featured multiple times. For instance, in Q1 2024 alone, we drove 20K+ clicks to Bifrost campaigns on Airlyft.

4. Suggested commission structure

To support the development of new integration (vGMLR and vETH, tentatively) and maintenance of current integration (vDOT and vMANTA) across 3 platforms, SubWallet proposes a commission rate set at 50% of Bifrost’s protocol commission. This allows us to maintain high-quality user experience while developing new features and improving the staking interface.

5. Community growth and engagement initiatives

SubWallet is willing to support the growth of Bifrost through several targeted initiatives aimed at increasing user engagement during liquid staking campaign.

• Visibility and promotion: SubWallet will promote Bifrost by displaying banners on the token details screen of supported assets. Additionally, all Bifrost liquid staking campaigns will be featured in the Mission Pools tab.

• Content marketing: We will produce social content, tutorials, Twitter Spaces, etc., to amplify campaign reach. Action plans will depend on the scale and nature of each campaign.
• Dedicated user support: SubWallet will provide ongoing support to users who stake Bifrost assets on SubWallet, with assistance available for both the SubWallet and Bifrost communities. Our community and support teams are well-equipped to handle any challenges related to staking, bridging, or using liquid assets.
