This proposal aims to do 2 parts of objectives of Farming adjustment:

1. Edit pools’ emissions
2. Dispatch Treasury to transfer BNC to Foundation for charging

## Part 1

Edit pools to adjust reward emission and dispatched Treasury to charge BLP rewards to stable pools:

- This plan has 2 main parts about farming rewards  
- Part 1 changes how rewards are given to different pools  
- Shows a table with 8 pools getting BNC rewards  
- The biggest reward is for vDOT pool (8,584 BNC)  
- Smallest is for vMANTA pool (4,511 BNC)  
- Total rewards for all pools is 47,117 BNC  
- Part 2 moves these BNC coins from Treasury to Bifrost Foundation  
- The transfer amount matches the total rewards (47,117 BNC)
