Since Hydration have started the liquidity campaign, which includes vDOT incentivizing with HDX and vDOT (Hydration Treasury's holding). In order to support the liquidity of vDOT on Omnipool and pairing the incentive with Hydration Team, this proposal request 100,000 BNC from Treasury and then fuel the incentive via Foundation address (dmTEFZ77m7WtJmd7PY6pMh111uTtW9jpwfwasTGsWKUGp5M).
