Following the security incident that resulted in the pause of Hyperbridge, the vDOT held by the Bifrost foundation in the EVM environment can no longer be routed back through the bridge.

To free these assets, this proposal moves the 26,486.4865942884 vDOT currently held in the Bifrost-side Hyperbridge reserve account (13UVJyLxEsmoNyDyi9EKf1gNvnouYhoxQKnaKhZSWiNXN3sn) into the Bifrost Treasury (13UVJyLjmw21cGvG3XuEhCapJvRCZtGK6bMBwDzmukm98J7S).
