The first phase of BNCS farming is coming to an end, and this proposal aims to adjust the parameters based on the current situation. The proposal is scheduled to be executed at block height 5269100 and is planned to continue for the next 6 months.

The adjustments to the farming are as follows:

• BNC incentive release 110,829,103,806 → 0
• DOT incentive release 7,113,436 → 6,746,955

Incentive calculation:

• After the BNC incentives have been fully released, there will be no further BNC incentives.
• The BNCS foundation holds 10,430 DOT, and based on the current vDOT 17% annualized calculation, it can provide a yield of 886.55 DOT in the next six months. Therefore, this portion of DOT will be used as the farming reward for the next six months.

Recharging 886.55 DOT to the BNCS farming pool using the Bifrost treasury.
