This proposal restores three vASTR redemption requests interrupted by risk-control freezes and failed cross-chain order creation. It corresponds to Fellowship whitelist proposal #609.
The call executes the following operations in order:
- Unfreeze risk-control records 5, 6, and 7, releasing the assets to their respective original accounts.
- Use
utility.dispatchAs to call slpx.redeem on behalf of each original account.
The redemption amounts and Astar recipient addresses from the original orders are:
| Risk-control record |
Redemption amount (vASTR) |
Astar recipient |
| 5 |
23,501,488.76213633484375 |

Each redemption is submitted directly from its original account, without consolidating funds into a private address. The ASTR amounts depend on the on-chain exchange rate at execution, and settlement follows the protocol’s redemption process.
This proposal does not include subsequent bridging from Astar to Soneium or changes to global risk-control rules.
The call was tested on a Chopsticks fork of mainnet state. All three freezes were removed, all three redemption calls succeeded, and the corresponding redemption records were created.
Before execution, proposal #609 must have completed the whitelist authorization, and risk-control records 5, 6, and 7 must still exist. If any record has already been unfrozen, the call must be revised.
