[Root] Wrong Transfer to Binance Address on Bifrost Polkadot Chain

I am writing to request assistance with an issue involving an incorrect transaction.

Due to an error, I accidentally sent 1000 USDT from my adress to a Binance exchange address on Bifrost Polkadot Chain.

Unfortunately, Binance does not currently support the Bifrost Polkadot chain, and as a result, the funds cannot be returned through the usual process.
