This proposal is to propose Zee Prime Labs be added into the VBL of vDOT.

We aim to mainly run a validator node and not participate in token farming or LP, as all additional liquidity we get in DOT is used to boost the Interlay iBTC liquidity.
We are currently the biggest provider of liquidity on Interlay using solely vDOT as our collateral, and have been for multiple months. We therefore promote vDOT in their community and were also responsible for creation of a quick governance vote on Interlay that allows more liquidity in the form of vDOT in the protocol.
