This proposal aims to create two new farms:

1. vASTR/ASTR - BLP3
2. vMANTA/MANTA - BLP5

There two farms will acquire the same BNC incentives as well as vGLMR/GLMR pool, which are 4,558 BNC incentives in the coming two months, with BLP3 and BLP5 swap fee incentive accumulated in Bifrost Treasury.
