This is a resubmission of [referendum #150](https://bifrost.subsquare.io/referenda/150) which failed to execute because of wrong track.

SubSquare is a governance platform for substrate based blockchains, and we have been continually maintaining the deployments for Bifrost including para chains on polkadot and kusama. We propose a treasury spend to support the work.


## Work scope

Our request will cover:
- Labor cost for daily monitor to keep the deployment well running.
- Infrastructure including servers, email services cost.
- New release deployments.
- UI tweaks and bug fixes related to Bifrost.

At the same time we keep upgrading bifrot deployment with the latest features. We can see the subsquare changelog [here](https://github.com/opensquare-network/subsquare/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md).
