Summary

This proposal aims to continue farm incentives in the Hydration Omnipool for vDOT and vASTR. The incentive amount of BNC remains the same as in previous proposals:

vDOT: 100,000 BNC (Previous Proposal)

vASTR: 20,022 BNC (Previous Proposal)

This proposal requests 120,022 BNC from Treasury to fund the incentives through the Foundation address (dmTEFZ77m7WtJmd7PY6pMh111uTtW9jpwfwasTGsWKUGp5M).

Upon approval, this proposal will:

1. Transfer 120,022 BNC to the Bifrost Foundation address
2. Enable the Foundation to distribute incentives to vDOT and vASTR farms
