Proposal to Allocate 50,000 BNC as incentive for Polkadot Top100 Yappers

This proposal requests 50,000 BNC from the Bifrost Treasury to fund Polkadot Top100 Yappers. The activity will begin on April 22 and continue until the 50,000 BNC fund is fully expended. The primary objective of this plan is to reward creators who generate high-quality content related to Bifrost’s techstack, tokenomics, and community updates. By incentivizing diverse creators to post on social platforms such as Twitter (X), we aim to increase awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen Bifrost’s community presence.

Overview of the Incentive Plan

Goal: Encourage creators to produce diverse content (infographics, short texts, long-form articles, etc.) and drive greater visibility for Bifrost on social media.
Timeline: Start on April 22
Content Requirements:
- Original content strongly related to Bifrost( (AI/copied = lower quality)
- Post on Twitter (X), with a clear mention or tag of @Bifrost.
- 1 entry per person every two week
Rewards Distribution: Rewards are allocated weekly in BNC according to the content type and corresponding reading or view thresholds.

Reward Distribution

Rewards evaluation is based on quality and impact

Basic Tier: 300-500 BNC (Tutorials, guides, ecosystem analysis)

Pro Tier: 1,000-1,500 BNC (Clear value, solid execution)

Master Tier: 3,000-5,000 BNC (Exceptional insight/viral potential)

Implementation

Announcement & Onboarding
- Immediately after the proposal passes, an official announcement will be made across Bifrost’s social channels (Discord, Twitter, etc.) to onboard creators and inform them of guidelines.
Submission & Evaluation
- Creators will submit their posts to @Bifrost
- The Bifrost team will evaluate entries weekly based on:
  - Article Quality (70%): Narrative, clarity, logic, data support.
  - Influence (30%): Views, likes, comments, and retweets.
Reward Distribution
- Rewards will be calculated and distributed in BNC on a weekly basis.
