1. Bifrost treasury wants to add more BNC deposit into HydraDX Omnipool to increase on-chain liquidity.
2. The proposed amount is 1.216M BNC ($639.3k), which is 5.8% of the treasury.
3. The current BNC treasury deposit in the Omnipool is $360,665, and increasing it to $1M or 2.3% of FDV is the goal.
4. Increasing BNC liquidity on-chain can support larger money markets for BNC and enable another use case for BNC hodlers.
5. The proposal puts to use "Treasury Owned Liquidity," which can earn fees, add token use cases, deepen liquidity, and have no listing fee or recurring costs for market making or LM.

Deposit additional BNC into HydraDX Omnipool

Bifrost wants to start a buyback of their token BNC from the treasury. This can motivate new users and attract more liquidity to their DeFi products. They suggest using the staking liquid protocol fee for the buyback and want to discuss using 50% of it. They propose doing this only for KSM & DOT rewards and suggest making a monthly DCA inside HydraDX platform to buy back BNC. This will allow them to buy back around 3% of the circulating supply by year at current value. They want to hear from the community to make a governance vote to begin the buyback.
