Marketing
- We host our own Polkadot Guides over at guides.decentradot.com. All guides are written by ourselves and SEO-optimized so they appear higher up in search engines such as Google and Yandex. According to Google Search Console our articles and tools get 275 - 325 impressions daily (9,000+ monthly). We will write articles on Bifrost for vKSM and vDOT, provide effective backlinks on already existing articles.
- In 2023 we received a grant from W3F to develop a validator dashboard Cyclops. We provide hosting and track over 100 validators for different operators and have a solid outreach to other high-value Polkadot community members.
- We provide tools for Polkadot such as our validator selector tool. These tools can provide additional resources to stakers regarding other options from delegating such as vDOT. Our validator list tool sits between #1 - #3 position on Google.

Our validator commission fee will stay at 1% (as is also currently the case) once accepted. All our validators are actively monitored using Grafana and run on 14 cores 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H.

my first observation and feedback is your validator commission fee is too high, currently requirement is not higher than 1%. can this be lowered? if yes, i believe this can then be pushed for referenda once the community has provided more feedback
