my first observation and feedback is your validator commission fee is too high, currently requirement is not higher than 1%. can this be lowered? if yes, i believe this can then be pushed for referenda once the community has provided more feedback

We launched in late 2021 as a family-run business by father and son. Since then, we've joined the Polkadot Thousand Validator Program, host our own in-house hardware, and have become one of the largest pools in the Polkadot network.

All guides are written by ourselves and SEO-optimized so they appear higher up in search engines such as Google and Yandex. According to Google Search Console our articles and tools get 275 - 325 impressions daily (9,000+ monthly). We will write articles on Bifrost for vKSM and vDOT, provide effective backlinks on already existing articles.

2. In 2023 we received a grant from W3F to develop a validator dashboard [Cyclops](https://github.com/ArthurHoeke/cyclops). We provide hosting and track over 100 validators for different operators and have a solid outreach to other high-value Polkadot community members.
3. We provide tools for Polkadot such as our [validator selector tool](https://decentradot.com/view-polkadot-validator-list/). These tools can provide additional resources to stakers regarding other options from delegating such as vDOT. Our validator list tool sits between #1 - #3 position on Google.

Our validator commission fee will stay at 1% (as is also currently the case) once accepted. All our validators are actively monitored using Grafana and run on 14 cores 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H.
