Currently your commission for the VBL seems a bit high, the standard stands around 1% for DOT commission.

We will voting **Nay** on this proposal with very low voting power, not to stop your from being added, but to slow you down. 

We have added a discussion post 8 days ago, waiting to publish our referendum until further feedback. Since none was provided we created the [referendum](https://bifrost.subsquare.io/referenda/10) today to add Staker Space/2 to the VBL pool.
 
I can't really see when you created the discussion, but I noticed it a day ago and the referendum is live now. It's smart, but very rushed and it does look like jumping the line.

We did create the referendum quite early, one of the reasons for this is because we noticed that your discussion doesn't have any engagement and we have had contact with few community members behind the scenes regarding this proposal earlier and received their support. We aren't trying to jump the line, this is not a race at the end of the day.

No need to feel threatened / offended, we don't have bad intentions!

I don't feel threatened at all. Just wanted to point out that this happened in the mentioned order and why it justifies the vote. 

We have been in touch with the team and we have been playing by the book. I didn't mention any race going on. 

And if you saw our discussion post amounting to no feedback, while our intention to apply was clear you could have reached out, instead you rushed applying the referendum while there 1 slot left in the nomination and winning time on the ref. Maybe your doing the racing and not us. 

As I mentioned not to stop you from being added, hence the symbolic nay vote.

We decided to created the referendum after having had contact with some community members in private seeing other discussion posts not getting much engagement on subsquare and the fact that a referendum takes 2 weeks to confirm.

Hopefully this clears up our reasoning
