Bifrost Finance has made several updates to its platform. Here are the important changes:

- Bifrost Native Token (BNC) and Voucher DOT (vDOT) are two types of digital tokens.
- BNC has 12 decimal places and vDOT has 10 decimal places.

SubSquare has submitted a proposal for funding support to cover the operation and maintenance fees associated with the Subscan Explorer services provided for Bifrost. Subscan has been providing essential services for Bifrost, including computing resources, database storage, network egress bandwidth, monitoring and DevOps, node status monitoring and notification, and technical support. The Subscan Maintenance Packages offer tiered pricing based on actual usage. SubSquare is requesting funding support from the Bifrost Treasury to cover the total amount due of $10,067.4 USD. The equivalent amount in BNC will be converted based on the EMA7 price.

- Bifrost is planning to adjust the vDOT reward fee back to 10% in three stages.
- Currently, they are in Phase 2, where the fee will be adjusted to 5% for several months until Tokenomics 2.0 is live.
- The goal of this proposal is to generate more income for the Bifrost Treasury and prepare for the upcoming Commission Track Pallet and Tokenomics 2.0.
- Bifrost has already incentivized the first two unlocking events of the Polkadot Crowdloan, so there is no need to reduce the reward fee further.
- Commission Channel and Tokenomics 2.0 are important for Bifrost's expansion of products and ecological cooperation, and the vDOT reward fee will be used to support them.

- They are a validator group on Polkadot that focuses on hardware, networking, and decentralization of public networks.
- They want to add Staker Space/2 to the pool, which is located in the Netherlands and has a commission of 1%.

- SubSquare is proposing to add their 1kv KSM validators to the VBL program.
- They have already contributed to the Bifrost ecosystem by minting 45k vDOT and supplying liquidity to the vDOT-DOT LP.

Fix vASTR staking reserve

1. Some users had problems with their assets not arriving properly on Bifrost's cross-chain AssetHub.
2. The failed transactions will be collected and re-issued to the users through governance.
3. The specific assets that were affected are USDT.
4. The users will receive their stuck assets on Bifrost.
5. An xcm message will be sent to re-claim the trapped USDT and issue it in the Bifrost sovereign address to ensure the full reserve of USDT.
