Executed

- Bifrost wants to add one more of its own validators for vDOT staking.
- This validator gets special priority on Polkadot.
- It helps make vDOT staking more efficient and profitable.
- Only one validator is being added.

Add a Bifrost Self-Operated Validator to the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

- An ETH transfer failed on 31 July 2026.
- The transfer was meant to reach AssetHub but didn't finish.
- It failed because there wasn't enough ETH in the system's account.
- The transfer cannot be sent again or refunded by itself.
- A proposal will give back the exact amount of ETH that was lost.
- This fix only affects the account that tried the transfer.
- No other people or accounts are involved.
- The system will check its funds before trying again.

Restore User Assets for a Failed Bifrost-to-AssetHub ETH Transfer

Bifrost needs more MANTA to allow users to trade their vMANTA back for MANTA. This plan will add MANTA to a special pool.

- vMANTA and vETH minting will be stopped. No new vMANTA or vETH can be made.
- vETH redemption will be stopped. No ETH can be traded for vETH.
- vMANTA redemption will still work. People with vMANTA on Bifrost can still exchange it for MANTA.
- A large amount of MANTA (896,383.59) will be moved into a pool to cover these trades.

vMANTA ReadyPool MANTA Mint And vToken Operation Disable Proposal

Interlay parachain (2032) stopped working. Its last block was July 27, 2026. User vDOT balances are stuck.

This proposal moves user-owned vDOT to Bifrost. 193 people get their tokens back (9,402.78 vDOT total). The money comes from the Interlay sovereign account on Bifrost.

Key points:
- 247 users had vDOT on Interlay. 54 got less than the minimum needed to hold vDOT, so they aren't included
- 77,527.5 vDOT stays in the account (it belongs to other users, not vDOT holders)
- Deposit earners get less than expected because there isn't enough money left
- The largest 3 people get 89.5% of the payout
- Everything was checked and verified before writing the proposal

# Proposal: Interlay Shutdown Compensation — Batch Transfer of 9,402.78 vDOT to 193 Addresses

Unbond the excess portion of the validator bond for re-staking after subsequent transferBack

Close HRMP channel with Interlay

Rejected

This proposal adds a new staking feature (GeneralXCMStaking) for DOT on Asset Hub and updates a whitelist.

- It lets SLP V2 do staking jobs like bond, validate, and set keys.
- It also allows moving balances and transferring assets using XCM.
- The whitelist includes specific call data for these actions.
- This helps manage staking and transfers safely in Polkadot.

Add SLP V2 DOT delegator and whitelist for Polkadot Validator 02

- Hyperbridge module returns leftover money to people.
- 67 transfers: ~81,131.85 BNC tokens.
- 352 transfers: ~91,749.85 vDOT tokens.
- 419 transfers total.
- Money goes directly to original owners, not through a bank.
- No discounts or fees.

Batch Clear-out of Residual Hyperbridge Assets from the Module Account

- Four ETH assets bridged to Hyperbridge (HP_ETH, BASE_ETH, ARB_ETH, OP_ETH) are being burned.
- Their holders get Native ETH 1:1 in return. This combines ETH from different sources into one.
- It involves 45 accounts and 62.858808 ETH total.
- Most ETH (93.28%) is in the Treasury. The rest is held by users or small leftover amounts.
- The process has three steps: First, all four Hyperbridge ETH balances are removed. Second, the same amount of Native ETH is created in a temporary account. Third, it is sent directly to each original holder, exactly replacing what they lost.
- No fees or losses for holders.

Hyperbridge ETH Variants Merge into Native ETH

The Treasury is taking out all its money from vETH projects, getting about 52.75 ETH. The plan happens in three steps to make sure everything works and has no extra fees.

Withdraw vETH-Related Liquidity (Stable Swap Pool #7 and LendMarket)

This proposal adds a self-operated Bifrost validator to a special list. This list helps vDOT's system choose which validators to support. Using its own node lets them earn extra rewards through Polkadot's DAP program. This helps vDOT make more rewards for everyone.

Add Bifrost Self-Operated Validator to the vDOT Validator Boost List (VBL)

- This proposal sets up Polkadot validator staking using SLP V2.
- It does 3 steps using cross-chain messages.
- Step 1: Bond tokens to become a validator.
- Step 2: Validate to start earning rewards.
- Step 3: Set special keys for the validator.

Initialize Polkadot Validator via SLP V2

Delegate 100,100 DOT: derivative addr0 → addr3, for validator self-bond

Add SLP V2 DOT delegator and whitelist for Polkadot Validator

- Bifrost Polkadot runtime is 1.993 MB big
- It was compressed by 81.63%
- Version is v0.25.0 to v0.25.2
- Fixed reward calculation for users
- Added migration to version 2
- Removed Kusama parachain staking
- Updated software dependencies

Upgrade Bifrost-polkadot to Runtime 0.25.2

Perform Rebond & Unbond to Refresh Unbond Queue

Bifrost wants to make vDOT free to use.
- No fee to make vDOT.
- No fee to turn vDOT back to DOT.
- No fee taken from rewards.
- This makes vDOT the best DOT token to hold.
- Bifrost will get money from running validators instead.
- Fees can come back later if needed.

Make vDOT a Zero-Fee Liquid Staking Token

Members Changes

Farming adjustment proposal has two parts. Part one changes reward amounts for farm pools. Part two sends 38,950 BNC from Treasury to Bifrost Foundation.

Farming Adjustments and Charge - July-Aug 2026

Bifrost Treasury is sending 115,000 BNC to a Buyback Pool. This is the third batch of funding to buy back bbBNC. The reward notification system now works automatically, so only the transfer is needed.
